This License explains how ToolShala website content, AI tool outputs, templates, guides, resources, design, code, branding, and user submissions may be used. It is written to help students, freshers, job seekers, teachers, freelancers, and creators understand what they can do with ToolShala materials.

1. Ownership of Content

Unless clearly stated otherwise, ToolShala owns or controls the original website content, page copy, guide structure, curated collections, tool interfaces, page layouts, visual design, graphics, branding, and other original materials published on ToolShala.

  • You may not resell, repackage, mass-distribute, or publish ToolShala templates, guides, or collections as a competing product, template pack, database, course module, or paid resource without written permission.
  • If you share a small excerpt or recommendation publicly, please credit ToolShala and link to the original page.

4. Tool Outputs and Generated Materials

ToolShala may provide AI-generated or tool-assisted outputs such as captions, bios, resume bullets, cover letters, emails, letters, summaries, study plans, content ideas, scholarship suggestions, or other draft materials.

  • You may use, edit, personalize, and publish generated outputs for your own lawful purposes, subject to applicable laws, third-party terms, academic rules, workplace policies, and platform guidelines.
  • ToolShala does not guarantee that generated outputs are original, accurate, error-free, accepted by institutions, or free from third-party rights concerns. You are responsible for review and verification.
  • You may not use ToolShala tools or outputs for spam, scams, impersonation, harassment, plagiarism, illegal activity, misleading claims, or violation of others’ rights.
  • Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you have permission and are comfortable with the tool processing it.

5. User-Generated and Submitted Content

You keep ownership of content you submit to ToolShala, such as contact messages, newsletter details, feedback, tool inputs, uploaded text, images, audio, or other materials you provide, subject to any rights you already hold in that content.

By submitting content, you give ToolShala a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, store, display, transmit, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate the relevant feature, respond to you, improve services, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable requirements.

Please do not submit content you do not have the right to use or share.

6. Code, Design, and Branding Ownership

ToolShala’s original user interface, layouts, visual patterns, branding, logo style, page structure, and custom website code are protected materials unless expressly released under a separate license.

  • You may not clone, copy, or publish a confusingly similar version of ToolShala’s design, branding, or product experience.
  • You may not remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from ToolShala materials.
  • Website code or design snippets visible in a browser are not automatically open-source unless a separate repository license clearly says so.

7. Restrictions

Unless you have written permission from ToolShala, you may not:

  • copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, mass-download, or republish substantial portions of ToolShala content or data;
  • sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute ToolShala content, templates, mock tests, guides, UI, or curated collections;
  • use ToolShala branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, certification, or endorsement;
  • remove attribution or present ToolShala content as your own original platform or collection;
  • use tools, forms, APIs, or content for harmful, illegal, abusive, misleading, or automated high-volume activity;
  • reverse engineer, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, or interfere with ToolShala services.

8. Attribution and Sharing Rules

You may share links to ToolShala freely. If you quote a small portion of ToolShala content, include clear attribution such as “Source: ToolShala (https://toolshala.in)” and link to the original page where practical.

Attribution does not give permission to copy full pages, duplicate template libraries, create competing databases, or imply that ToolShala endorses your project.

9. Third-Party Materials

ToolShala may use or link to third-party materials such as official opportunity pages, social platforms, embedded resources, browser/CDN libraries, analytics or hosting tools, AI providers, icons, fonts, open-source packages, and external websites.

Third-party materials remain governed by their own licenses, terms, and privacy policies. ToolShala does not grant rights over third-party materials beyond what the original owner or provider allows.

10. Open-Source and Proprietary Components

Some parts of the ToolShala website may rely on open-source or third-party libraries, frameworks, APIs, fonts, or services. Those components may be licensed separately by their respective authors or providers.

Unless a separate license file or notice explicitly says otherwise, ToolShala’s original content, branding, custom design, and curated resource collections remain proprietary to ToolShala.

14. Termination of License

If you violate this License, the limited permissions granted to you may end automatically. ToolShala may also restrict access, request removal of copied materials, or take other appropriate action where content, branding, tools, or services are misused.
